There can only be one CHUCK ROAST MASTER! Let's see who it is.

Please note that we already have two Short Bus entries on the very first contest that the Short Bus was available to ride on. You guys are the best!:thumb: They can be voted on, and each vote counts just as much as the others, but they are on the Short Bus, so if they win they will be "CHUCK ROAST MASTER OF THE SHORT BUS".:thumb:

kcmike had my vote until I saw Al's. The 'drooling' sandwiches look fantastic! Looking at the tally thus far, it appears that voters prefer the pulled approach to chuckies. Interesting.

I wound up going with Groundhog66 but it was a tough choice. I decided to vote for the one that had the 3 images in total that made me drool the most, not just the most drooly finished pic. Even doing it that way was tough because there were many that were real solid from raw all the way through finished. In the end I had it down to 5, the 3, then 2, and that last choice was tough. I think it was the biscuits that did it for me.

That was tough for me to. I did my normal skim through and all of them looked great and then went back and reread most of the threads. Groudhog's was nice, but I'm not voting for a brisket hater.

kcmike's had me drooling too, but I , me personally only, like to see the plated meal or something. Al's had me drooling to. Man, those sandwiches looked good. I love the sauce just oozing out. I think Redhot could have gotten my vote if she would have entered the photo of the meat sliced with a little marinade over it rather than with that green stuff.

Fattymac would be getting some serious action if it wasn't for the shortbus entry. Even that ---k--- guy's entry looks pretty tasty. I could vote for that.

But, in the end I voted for colonel00. Something about that dish spoke to me.

I'm down to two entries. I have to think about it for a bit.

If Chef Jim hadn't posted a picture of the label from the store I would swear that his entry was a top round or sirloin tip. I need to find that part of the chuck around here. It looks great.

Al's sandwiches make me want to reach out and grab one off of the screen they look so good.

It was KCMike or Groundhog, and I went and voted for KCMIke, as I liked all three of his photos, and really, I wanted the biscuits along with the chuck in Tim's post, which means Mike's chuck was stronger maybe, based upon the meat alone. I guess.

Fark, I couldn't decide between 4 and when I finally cast my vote I created a 4 way tie between the 4 I couldn't decide on :doh: my head hurts now.

Ended up going with grounhog66 because I'm going camping in a week and I can totally see myself putting some pulled chuckie goodness over some biscuits and topping it with an egg for breakfast.:thumb:
