I got a nice 6 lb bird in the fridge marinating in injection and spices for this evenings meal. Does anyone smoke vegetables also? I don't want anything exotic. Just wondered about cooking some veggies beside the bird.

Just about any vegetable can be smoked.

Smoked Onions and Potato Bombs are easy...

So far I have only smoked potatoes, and grill the rest. I'm always looking to try new things.
