OK, working on my brisket and pork...brisket is A-ok, Pork came out great, texture, taste, great bark....but then I went to pull it and practice getting the pieces I would use for a box and I realized how clue-less I am... I couldn't tell ya where the "money muscle" wound up, the muscles pulled apart nice, but man....do I need help getting it right for the box.... got to mid-may, so I can tell I'll need the work... then to top it off, my mentor, Brian Lipps, cut me off from anymore help... said since I got 2nd in Chicken, I'm on my own.... :boxing: LOL.....

Any help out there would be greatly appreciated... I gotta get this great Pork to the box and don't have a clue.
