And - my wife thinks that he is a pretty good fishing guide as well.

After one of the worst 4 day stretches of my professional career - I spent some quality time with one of our brothers. Did I mention that my wife thinks that he is a great fishing guide?

His homemade bbq sauce was a HUGE hit with the guys at the resort bbq pit.

Thank you, Keale, this afternoon and evening, it really lowered my stress level.

For the record - I LET my wife catch the first fish.........

Great looking ribs and that was very nice of you to let the wife catch the first fish 8)8) What's the Troll's name? My son's High School football team had a troll for a mascot, Charlie. :lol: I need a BBQ Troll for my cooker.

MRI_Guy and Keale called me Saturday night, and it was great to talk to them both!
Those pics are SWEET! Mrs_MRI seems to be enjoying herself.

No pictures of Roy? It's great that you had a chance to meet and hang out! I was wondering where Barry went. I missed his witty commentary on the games yesterday!
 
mini Hawaii Bash? not quite...

I really enjoyed spending time with Mike and his wife, very nice people, easy to talk to. I hope they enjoyed the food and the company...

I tried to get MRIguy his first "hawaiian fish", but alas, no luck... I did show him the "backwoods" of Kauai though, if anything we had a nice walk!
You should have seen the one that got away!!
I hope that pic. of the ribs were the good ones! The other rack was little under cooked, which was bigger...
I paid Mike to not post any pics of me! LOL!

My son's comment..."dad Uncle Mike trip must be ruined, his wife caught the first and last fish of his vacation!"
 
What more could one want in a friend and fishing guide?

If nothing else - he is consistent...........hehehehehehe Mental note - fishing with a brother while suffering jetlag is better than sitting in a hotel room with jetlag.

Thanks again - I hope that the fishing gets even better for my next trip.

God bless catch & release so these guys can be caught again and again.
