I wouldn't expect to see much as the teams are in their trailers/tents during the times that you may get a glimpse of their food, but definitely strike up some convos outside of that window or on Friday. After turn ins would be good too. We are always happy to discuss our setups, competing in general, smokers, etc.
FWIW, what/how we cook in comps is much different than at home....
