Thermo Question

The one on my UDS. It's the one at grate level on the outside.

I have one that must have leaked and got water in it from the rain-I just drilled a very small hole in the botttom of it -water is gone and the hole lets it breath, so no condensation- if that doesnt work you can always get a new one

That happened on one of my thermos once. I popped it in the dehydrator for a couple days and it's been dry since. I'm not sure how the water got in there that one time.

I've never tried it, but put it in a ziplock bag filled with rice. Leave it for a couple of days. I've heard this has even worked for a couple of cell phones that went swimming.

Not an expert here, but it seems that it can't "breathe"... see if there is too much build up of grease, etc., on the back, it could be and it has blocked the "air" holes.... it got hot, gee, I wonder how, when it was cold, and built up condensation in it... not it has no way to "air" out..... just a thought...
