Grilled Oysters
For the Super Bowl this past year we grilled 100 Drago's style oysters. I downloaded a video of street vendor who had a shucking style similar to this. My son and son-in-law shucked while I grilled. Approximately 5 minutes per dozen. This is [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8Slv1BULNM"]how we did it[/ame]. They were eaten nearly as fast as they came off the grill. We will definately do it again :biggrin1:.
