BBQ SAUCE RECIPE

Wet ingredients
1.5 cups Ketchup
1 TBS Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup Worchesire sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup water

Dry ingredients
1/2 TBS Garlic Powder
1/2 TBS Onion Powder
1/2 TSP Cinnamon
1/2 TBS Salt
1/2 TSP Crushed Red pepper
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 TSP Dill Weed
1/2 TBS Wizzys Smokin BBQ Rub


What I do is buy a 24 oz bottle of ketchup and use whats needed and then discard the ketchup thats left and use the bottle to hold the BBQ sauce. The recipe above will make enough sauce to fill the 24oz bottle w/ little left over. Just add all ingredients together and mix well. Store in refrigerator.
