Just because Norco is a bit on the extreme side does not mean he would build a Mythbuster type turkey cannon. Ok, I too was a smidge dissapointed.
 
I was trying to imagine how big of a piece of PVC pipe you would need to fire a bird as big as a turkey.

Too much trebuchet, and not enough cannon. That guy needs to discover gunpowder if he wants to fire a Turkey cannon

That looks so wrong, are you sure someone isn’t misusing a medieval male chastity belt?
 
I wonder if the people who make glass for airplanes could shoot a turkey out of one of their cannons to test the glass.
