Easter Ham and Butts

OK, forgot about Easter and brought a butt for PP on Saturday. I don't think the family will want pork two days in a row so I'm gonna cook the butt and freeze it.

Would it be better to pull it then freeze it or freeze it whole and then warm it up and pull it.

I'm doing lamb chops for friends coming to visit tonight. Doing 17 hams for various people for Easter.
 
Pull the pork fisrt. Then add apple juice when you warm it up.
 
Chit, this just reminded me to grab a 1 pound bag of pulled pork out of the freezer for abt's Sunday. Pulled pork (and sliced fatties) in the freezer is like cash in the bank to me.
