I really wish I could taste all of these!

There were several that looked great on the grill but I need to see the cut rib to have a good perspective on perceived taste.

For me it came down to Toast, R2Egg2Q, Bluesman, and IamMadMan

After looking at the cook threads severl times.

The one that appeared to have a good smokey tender flavor yet firm enough to stay on the bone is Bluesman.

Great job all - it was very tough to decide
