damn them ribs look good! are they glazed or is that just what the rub does? if you have tried the plowboys yardbird, how would you compare them?

I just put a light coat of BBQ sauce on them right before taking them off the grill.

I want to try plowboys but have not yet. That SM Apple is some good stuff on pork.
 
I'm dying to try the SM rubs. And those pics help!

Looks great. I haven't done the toast, but will correct that mistake this week. Thanks.
