It's 10:45 and I just served up a Hot fatty rolled in Rudy's Rub to everyone in the command center. Place smells great and everyone is a little happier on our "Friday".

It's alway fun to bring some BBQ to work and share.

I'm going to bring two big trays of pulled pork and a tray of beans to my office on Thursday. Every year we have a Pot Luck lunch which is always a lot of fun.
