Babbling Farker
Today will be a little BBQ, family and football. Here's what's happening now....
My cook set-up for the Brisket:
Lit that up with about 10 briquettes....While OTS is coming to temp, prepped this....
Trimmed, seasoned and on the fire......
Set-up for the ribs on the Performer........
Got the ribs ready, they'll go on in about an hour(10:00 a.m. my time)
Seasoned up with some SM Spicy Apple
That's about it for now, I'll try to post as it goes along.

Update;
Ribs went on at 10:30
The brisket at around 5 hrs 12:30
working on sides while the rest cooks:
Some mac salad
Some cole slaw
and some honeydew melon
and the spares at 4 hours in 2:30
The brisket is wrapped and resting, probed tender at around 2:45 so 7 hours at 250-275, IT was 210
That's it for now, hopefully a little more later if it doesn't get to hectic
