Got a chance to fire up the new grill this weekend. Just a few Cornish hens to get it dirty. I'm really liking this thing! Some salt, pepper and garlic powder on the birds. Oak and Orange wood in the box. Chix came out tasty and juicy. Also went and grabbed one of the weed burners from Harbor Freight. I freakin love that thing. No plate shots cause had to run as soon as they came off.

Very nice! The grill looks like it is working well, love to play with my Texas match too.

Man - that chicken sure looks good and that grill looks fun to use. Good job all the way around.

Very nice!

Looks familiar - Santa Maria BBQ Outfitters?

Yup. Its the 30x20. Got some xtras coming too. The cover, charcoal grate and the gas side burner that fits in place of one of the cutting boards. Should come in handy.

Very Nice - could use a little spray-on fat on the inside of the grill to start seasoning it, but the chicken looks so very good. :thumb:

Looks good. Now for the real thing, Albertson's has Choice Tri-Tip on sale this week
Yeah, hit the grill with pam or similar and season it up or you'll be fighting the rust.

Your chicken looks tasty Westy and I really like the looks of your new cooker. Nice! :-D
