I tried my hand at grilling lobster for the first time tonight and had some pretty good success. I set up the Big Joe for two zone cooking and cooked some baked taters, corn on the cob, and a couple brats...

Looks fantastic, John. Thanks for the suggestion on scoring the bottom of the meat to keep it from curling. In all the times I've grilled tales, I've never done that. Will try it next time. :thumb:

Looks good! I've only grilled lobster tails once... need to do some more.

Looks mighty fine, let's see
Surf= Lobster
Turf= walks on ground...pork
Yep, surf and turf...ya got it covered :)

Looks mighty fine JM! I usually run a wooden skewer through the body of the Lobster to make lay flat.

You are one fancy dude. I always thought surf and turf was hot dogs and fish sticks. Well, I guess ya live and learn.

Looks great.

I'll sure be looking for them next time I go to Sam's.

It doesn't matter what you call it, it looks good! And if you eat it on Friday you can get a ticket to the Ultra-Mega-All-Time-Super-Bash in Hell!:whoo:
