cookin' is the music what moves me feets..
of course, being southern and all, my feets move so slow it takes
time lapsed photography to capture it....

For lunch I had a plateful of pulled pork drizzled in dip and warmed in
the microwave on 50% power for 1.5 minutes....soooo good and juicy!!!

dip.....
Lexington Barbecue Dip

1 gallon water

Combine all ingredients into a large stock pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

One of my favorite saying is "Dance like no one is watching." I think you nailed it, and the food looks great. :dancer:

Are they all by volume or are the 4th thru 7th by weight?

Wow! That is one of the most "seasoned" drums I've ever seen. Mine is nowhere close to that....then again, I've only done a handful of cooks on it so far.

All that knowledge flew out my head while I was staring at the happy dance!! :heh: Hilarity!

Cheers

Awesomely done sir.

One question:

What is 14 bean mix? I don't believe I've ever seen it in stores around here.

As the name implies it is simply a mix of 14 different dried beans..
pintos, black eye peas, lentils, navy, white, red, split...etc
I'd give you a more accurate list but the packaging is out with the trash...

and Photobucket has now informed me my bandwidth has been exceeded....
if that's the case, all my photos will reappear around the 9th of the month...
sorry for the inconvenience....
