We competed in Benton, Ky this weekend as our first ever KCBS Contest. The field was a tough one. My only goal was not to finish DAL in any category or overall. we finished 27th overall with a 5th place walk in chicken. I was really surprised!

Remember that feeling. You'll have many more like it over the years. Even when you come to expect to hear your name it never gets old.

Congrats. Maybe we'll see you at some MI contests this year.
 
Congrats!! I wish (at times) I had the cajones to compete...

Looks like at lot of hard work.

Sorry I didn't get the chance to shoot the bull with ya indianagriller. Great job on the call though! Keep it up, there'll be more. See ya out on the trail big guy.
