Here is an update for all you guys who took the time to give me GREAT advice a few months ago.

I was able to find an incredible existing restaurant in Orange, CA. I had no way of getting around partners because I don't have the capital to pull it off on my own. Not ideal but it is what it is. We made an offer that was excepted by one of the partners and now has to be approved by the other partner and investors. From what the owner tells us, he thinks it will be approved. If all goes well, we will sign the LOI early next week which will send us into a 30 day due diligence period followed by a 30 escrow. After 60 days we will modify the space and be open by July 4th! OH yeah, we will be cooking on an Ole Hickory SSJ.:thumb:

Nope that was my Ole Hickory EL. Im either going to save that for the next restaurant or sell it and make a few bucks.:becky:
