Shack Attack

I don't always sauce, but when I do I prefer Shack Attack. So I covered in SA, wrapped in foil and placed on the grate. Wife decided she wanted some chicken breasts, I can handle that too. Sprinkled liberally with Coopers.

Speedys 44

In lieu of regular rib fare decided to call the Japanese Steak House for sides. Monkey Balls, Rock N Roll, pickled ginger and ginger sauce. I put a light layer of Speedys #44 on the ribs. It's a garlic roasted veggie habanero sauce that goes great on everything. Aggies defense may have been good enough to win and bad enough to drop in the polls. Regardless any college football game is better than any pro game IMHO.

And OU vs Texas game is not to far off. The Monday after this game should be a National Holiday
