Here are a few items i threw on the WSM today! A large fattie with apple pie filling and onions and swiss cheese topped of with some Yardbird Rub. Some beef ribs with TexasBBQ Rub and a ring of Texas sausage.
This will hit the spot!!

Quintessential Chatty Farker
It tastes great! It reminds me a lot of Keri C's Hog Apple Beans except without the beans and Blues Hog. I use sausage in her recipe and the apple pie filling in the fattie gave it a very nice flavor. I thought it all went really well together!
