had some tuna i was scared to eat rare as it was a few days old, so i smoked it and made some mayo for some homemade tuna dip. i also used horseradish, salt, pepper, lemon, green onion, & paprika in it.

You could serve that off the bottom of my shoe and it would still be great!!

Looks great! I just call that tuna salad (after adding a bit of relish).
