I always get accused of cooking stuff that is unhealthy (fat is FLAVOR), so I thought I would try some salmon. Hit it with a little Extra Virgin, and the package of Dizzy Pig that came with my Egg. 10 min at 400 and it was perfect, moist and flaky but not dry at all. Did some roasted potatoes and stuffed chicken breasts as well. They got a little dried out because I wasn't sure how long to cook them, but everything else rocked. Thanks to the Brethren for previous threads regarding salmon, it helped me with time and temp.
