Chicken fajitas for supper

I smoked some thighs Sunday that had been marinated in Italian dressing, then rubbed. I only sauced half of them because I knew that I was going to use the left overs for fajitas. I fried the marinated and rubbed skin before making the filling , and cut the skins into strips to use as a topping.
Can you say chicken bacon. Yum!
