If I cut away the points from two brisket I've just finished cooking, can they be saved and cubed tomorrow, or Wednesday for burnt ends? I guess my question is, will they be as good? Thanks!
Yes they will be great, I always use my cast iron pan and slowly warm everything and add more rub to taste while its cooking. I always have good luck with this method. Or you can take the whole point and cube and freeze it and use it in your next batch of chili
