Chicken Fried Venison

Not Q, but farkin delicious! Wife decided to cook dinner for me since she had the day off due to the snow storm (she never cooks so this was a treat). I would have taken some better pics, but I barely got this one before I ate it all. Basically its cubed deer steak, breaded in flour with creole seasoning, pan fried, with creamed mashed golden potatoes and country cream gravy made from local artisan flour.

Great eats! I make that frequently, made some a couple nights ago. I greatly prefer deer steak to beef for CFS. :thumb:

Me too. I have a little bit of leftovers. I think I might fry the potatoes into cakes for breakfast tomorrow morning... I really have to get her in the kitchen more often!
