Made this with a couple Costco boneless beef chuck ribs, realize they are not ribs. Browned the meat and seared , then in the pot with broth. After bathing in the broth a couple hours, added the veggies. tender and good, but I'm not sure what the process was...braising? Stewing?

They look great from here!!

no need to call it anything but good or great. I didn't get a taste.

Looks most like braising. A great way to cook meat -- especially meat that can be tough. A good way to cook beef chuck. :thumb:

Text book braising process. First you sear then braise in liquid for a long time. Only thing braising normally has is a covering for you pan. Foil or lid, whatever. But hey that looks great!!

Not sure what to call it, but what you should have called was
me! I could have been there very quickly.

Looks good.

Hell at this point who cares what it is called it looks delicious, but if I were to tag it I would say stewing since it turned out to look like a stew.

Soul, it was running about 230-240 in a Kingsford kettle.
