Made an overnite cooker out of a rescue Weber.
The method uses a maze of wood & briquittes , with a heat shield between the fire & the food.
Fire bricks & pecan wood
Briquittes added & small fire started @ one end
Heat shield (20 in pizza pan) sitting on bricks & grate in normal position.
Rubbed butt on cooker
It was as good as it looks!
