Hi everyone. I am new to the forum and pretty new to bbq. I have always loved grilling but about five years ago my wife and son gave me a little offset smoker from Home Depot for fathers day and got me hooked. The best part is cooking for friends and family and seeing them really enjoy the meal! Everytime I cook I learn something new and hope to learn alot from the forum members here.
