Wife is in SoFlo for business this week so I'm batching it. Fired up the Weber Kettle with the Vortex and let it do its thing, steamed some redskins, smashed then drizzled with EVOO and seasoned.
That is correct.Those look great...just to make sure I understand "kettle fried", these are lightly breaded then cooked around the perimeter of a Weber kettle in combination with a Vortex? They look like they came out of a deep fryer which is impressive.
