Fat Woody
is one Smokin' Farker
I love corned beef hash, but I've always struggled to cook it at home the way I want it - crispy, brown and chunky!
Cubed up some redskin potatoes and home made corned beef into 1 inch chunks and added enough water to the skillet to cover it all. Lid on and medium heat for about 15 min., then removed lid and let the water cook out on high heat. Turned the heat down to med.; the rendered fat from the CB and a little additional butter turned this into hash heaven!
Thanks for checkin' it out!
