So after last weeks bbq feast, my friends, who I met through my wife began to text her "Hey, we should all hang out again, maybe this weekend?" Then they hinted that they wanted to come to our place, and then hinted again that they want pulled pork, I said sure why not? Haha so now I have about 12 lbs of pork butt resting covered in SM Spicy Apple. Decided I was going to test the set it and forget it UDS this time by setting it at 630, work from 10-3, and come back to finish it off. Will post pics again in the morning!

Everything was really good!! Put a bit more rub on it and it tasted much better than the first time. I hope this gives some motivation to people out there. UDS is definitely worth it!
 
Hahaha yea they brought some gin and tonic while we waited and had some cigars afterwards. Such a fun night! They said "If you ever have a bbq, we are just a call away" lol we had sooo much leftovers, that we sent them with a bag full of pulled pork
