The alu container was Philled with:

-olive oil
-garlic
-white stems of the paksoi
-onion
-tomato
-salt
-pepper

I added:

-green leaves of the paksoi
-spinach
-smogrilled taters


*smooshed it*


-Gouda
-butter

Mixed it...

That looks pretty good, although, I am not too sure about stamp pot. I am sure it tasted great with those ingredients, but, well, it looks a lot like the stews we make in Japanese cuisine.
 
I don't know what you're eating, but it sure looks tasty!! nice job PHU!!! PHanTASTIC!! eggs on the grill? Hmmm sounds interesting.

Hmmm...Japanese stamppot.
Mashed taters with seaweed?:thumb:
Normally we use andive or saurkraut or borecole or carrots and onions to mix in with the mashed taters.
Spinach and paksoi is not what you normally do in a stamppot but hey...experimenting is Phun!
It tasted like a rich andive stamppot to me...only thing I Phorgot was to put some bacon in there.
