My wife did the unthinkable Sunday night!

My mom made these for us when we were kids. That and also fried potato sandwiches. To the potato sandwich I always added mustard and Tobasco. I still have to make both of these sandwiches at least once a year.

Wow.
I love chuck rolls with butter fried potato the next day.
same thing, just add some gravy and Mayo
 
Just had a brisky sammich today for lunch (2 actually...) Pilled high with brisket, smothered in sweet baby rays and several slices of fresh avacado. Freaking amazing!

My GF apparently took the same thing to work (costco bag of avacados this weekend and costco flat...) and felt the need to text a picture of her sammich with "I am seriously so lucky to have you"


Mate....hate to be the one to break it to you but...she was talking to the brisket sammie!:cool:
