I've been tasked to fix appetizers for a BBQ reception for some VIP's and big donators to a fund raising effort.

The main meal will be BBQ (probably brisket, ribs and pulled pork) with sides and is being cooked by someone else (I'll probably end up helping with that cook too).

I was planning on making some ABT's, Pig Shots (2 different versions), Moink Balls, and just in case their is a vegetarian some crab stuffed salmon slices (think sushi size).

There will be approximately 30 people.

I'm thinking 4-6 appetizers per person. So 180 pieces total?

Does that sound about right?

Also I have 2 UDS's available for me to cook on. One has a single grill, and the other has a Weber lid with 2 grills. I guess I could add additional grills to either UDS if needed.

I think you will want to be closer to 180 than 120. If they are passed, figure 200.

Agreed go high and never be without.
