Easiest to do is Boston Butt for long overnight cooks & ribs for your shorter cooks. You will also want to try various forms of Fatties both plain and stuffed.

a nice monte cristo from the humidor comes to mind as the favorite thing to smoke:thumb: oh this is the BBQ forum. in that case....anything - its all good. Family and friends love the brisket but i'm partial to the pulled pork sammie with slaw and spicy vinergar based sauce. going to try the mustart sauce recipe that was recently posted. hope all of you enjoy the holiiday weekend.
