I finally got my UDS back from my neighbor, I loaned it to him almost 2 years ago. Been smoking most everything on the Egg so it was like starting over on the UDS.

Told my wife I was going to do some Ribs on the old Drum. She then says good the best ones you have made were cooked on it. Cooked these Sunday afternoon.

Got the Drum fired up and waited for the Sweet Blue. I cooked these around 265º, did a 2.5-1.5-30min cook

Sorry no cut shots, everyone was hungry, my Grandson was yelling Hungie, Hungie. These were some of the best I've done, nice bite through and very tender.

Thanks for look'n, Dinner is served.

Those look dynamite. What sauce did you go with?

Love the setup, the UDS, LOVE the rib rack..............and the ribs..........:eusa_clap

Those look fuggin delicious man. Funny, we say HUNGIE!! to our dogs to get them riled up for their meals!

Ive long maintained that you are a masterful cook... but am I right also that there is no extra paint on that drum? Looks like the original black.
