First attempt at a competition style chicken thigh and quarters. Skin came out bite through and flavor was pretty close to what I was looking for. The blueberry pork sausage log turned out ok but am still learning my new UDS and temps got away from me a little so wasn't as good as I like. Only got a couple pics due to ice falling off the trees nearby.
