Stumpled across a little cafe today. "Bud's Louisianacafe" picked up some Boudin. I know it doesn't sound all that great, but I am in San Diego, CA and they have no idea what Boudin is here. It is frozen, but better to have than have not. I have no idea the Co. maybe some of my brothers for the South know it and can chime in. Good night to grill.

Pronounced,Co-mo's.Never had it but they are from Beau Bridge,LA.They should know what they are doing.Check out their web site.I agree with you, even finding boudin on the left coast is a find.I would imagine.Never been forced to go there.

Comeaux's has my favorite Boudin. Great flavor. Although, I generally steam my boudin, it is also good to lightly grill it until the casing is just crisp. Generally too, I get their extra hot. Just right for me.
