Put in a zip-lock bag with the marinade in the fridge for 7hrs.

A work of art!!! :clap2: I have used the Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Sauce many times on tri-tip and boy is it good. I haven't made it in a while since im in love with Santa Maria Style but I used to baste it throughout the entire cook with the excess sauce. Man you got my mouth watering just thinking about it!

I'm a rub person myself but this looks excellent! I'll have to give it a try. Next ot baby backs, tri-tip is my favorite.
