Has anyone been here before? From the video, they cook on a Lang 84. I have to give them props for that. Better than most places cooking with gas or poopers.

He’s talking about the first 30 seconds of the video where the pit master says there should be a black bbq joint on every corner (this is the South we’re talking here). I understand the viewpoint though. I would hate to see all these Pho places pop up and have it ran by non-Vietnamese. Doesn’t seem genuine enough.
