Best of luck with the new job and thanks for the pron! The tri-tip looks great! I bought a bunch of tri-tips only to find the wife doesn't care for them cooked the traditional way

I have found other good uses for them that helped me use them up tho. Sacrilegious as it may sound we've used them to make some delicious Philly Cheesteak Sandwiches and found out that they make a beef stew that will knock some socks off. Thank goodness she loves brisket and ribs and pulled pork!
