Chicken or Pork Wonton Tacos
I had some leftover pulled pork and I was grilling some chicken so I decided to try this. I had something like this some time ago as an appetizer at Chili's or Applebee's or somewhere like that. I came across a recipe
here
and roughly followed it. Instead of breasts, I grilled up some leg quarters and I didn't do the marinade before grilling. Personally, I don't think too much was lost by skipping this.
I don't have very many pictures as my hands were full but it is quite simple and comes out really good. The key to the flavor is in the slaw. I will definitely keep this in the rotation for leftovers. I might even try to bake them at some point to make it a little healthier by skipping the frying.
