Test Chicken

Just put on some "test chicken" for this weekend's comp. One last run to get some kinks out. Will be posting pictures in about 90 minutes.

I've been busy getting ready for comp tomorrow. Got camper for storage and loaded up. I'll get the pics posted in the morn. Sorry for the tease.

This new chicken process has me very nervous. I'm not very excited about the taste.

Left - Williams Grilling Sauce - Spicy Pear
Middle - Blues Hog
Right - Carribean Cowboy

Looks all about the same except for the black pepper in the Blues Hog.
