Got up at 3 am yesterday and fired up the smoker (BWS) I had 8 pork butts that I had to smoke. Thought I would share some pictures.
Rubbed down with Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy
Once those got on the smoker, it was about 4:30 am. With time to kill before I had to go to work, I decided to make up some MOINK Balls. First time making them.... and they were a hit!
Glazed the MOINKS, put them back in, and then the finished product
Took some to work.... they were gone in less than 15 minutes.
Set the DigiQ, headed to work, came home to finished pork butts.
GOOD STUFF! :thumb:
Sorry, no pics of the pork pulled. After 8 butts, grabbing the camera was the last thing on my mind :shock:
