I would get a nice sheen on the chicken... Also, my feelings are on the parsley. It should look like a putting surface. To me, it takes away from the meat when it's all poofy around the edges... It is not neat and uniform. You don't want anything that will ditract them from what they are supposed to be judging.. the meat...

Get some shininess on those, but I'd give it an 8 as is... You might put more parsley behind than in front, even it out, etc... but very nice.

I would give it a 7, possibly an 8. It's a little uneven. I really don't care if it has sauce or not. JMHO.

7 IT needs a little sheen but dont make it look like a epoxy resing. IMO

I agree with Scotty if you choose to use parsely. Also from the beginning, when you receive your box start thinking about final meat size and how you will position the pieces so they as a unit present a proper porportioned picture. Overlaping is fine but it is more pleasing if they are overlaped like brisket from back to front and not from side to side. JMHO. 7

I would give it a 7 more than likely. I pretty much agree with what every one else has said about the sheen and parsley.

7 for me also. I think better parsley, more sheen, and possibly a better trim would get you higher. It is hard to tell about the trim of the thighs so I could be wrong about that.

6 Because that's average and that looks like average chicken to me.

It's looks dry, with very mottled color and uneven texture.
