New guy from Texas

Hello all CoachCue here. I’m a high school football coach who has got hooked in the BBQ world. With schools shutting down due to covid and nothing to do I have been spending my time next to the pit. I am still struggling to get the hang of everything but have put out some good food thus far. Looking forward to learning from you guys in the forum.

Currently using Old Country Pecos. Wanting to get a tank smoker by the end of the year.
