Well it hit me yesterday i hadnt smoked in a while so I went to the freezer and found some pork spareribs, a whole chicken, and a corned beef flat (kinda an experiment). I usually will buy 2-3 of whatever if the price is good enough. Then my mom stopped in and wanted some pulled pork so I told here I would stop at the store and smoke one up for her. I just got to the store and she said that another couple we know wanted some pulled pork. Well long story short I got everything on the smoker at about 8am and we should be eating good tonight. I also included a picture of my "Murderers row of Smokers"

Its definitely my favorite out of three smokers. Ill get some pictures up when everything is done.

All Done
Everything turned out pretty well. The corned beef is just a little too salty form my taste but would probably be pretty good on some sandwiches with spicy mustard.
