1/4'd a chick, quick marinade of equal parts sesame oil, soy sauce, and iron chef's general tso's sauce, indirect on the OTG, pretty tasty for a 1/2 hour marinade, nice color too, if I do say so myself.

When I saw the title I thought "Someone's freudian slip is showing". Turns out it was mine.

Chick is short for chicken, not freudian for chuck....
