Which size of draft door did you get to fit a 55 gallon drum?Let's all post pron of our UDS build in one, easy to find, thread. A couple of pics and a short description and a link to your original post would be very helpful to all who are building a new UDS and are looking for ideas.
I'll start:
Stainless Drum, Big Green Egg draft door, WSM grate w/ 3/4" x #9 expanded metal charcoal basket. Weber performer lid w/ 2" Bar-B-Kettle bottom insert. Commissioned 2/11/2010.

The intake system is really cool...made from some old Kinsler fuel injection parts. The turnbuckle controls the airflow to the stacks.

I have looked through not all, but A LOT of he pictures posted here. I am going to be getting a few drums next weekend and start my build. Was wondering from everyone who has built one and used it for a while, if its best to do a single pipe with ball valve and one other hole on back end, and cap, or to run two pipes with ball valve?
